Staff is not interested in the time frames for it's customers. They do NOT keep you informed on progress, and when time needs to be extended they blame insurance company. Insurance company approved supplement right away! So who's lying? I would suspect body shop because insurance company kept good communication where as Bear and Body did not. I have never waited this long for a vehicle from such a simple accident.
