I am here to buy a used A5. I came with a certified check but sitting here for over 2 hours to close the deal. This dealership has one of most inefficient closing processes I have ever seen. My sales person Yuri has been terrific. He has been so nice that I promised him that I'll come back here when I'm ready to buy a new one. But after the awful experience of waiting for over two hours to hand in a certified check to pick up my car, I can tell you that I'm never setting foot in this inefficient dealership again. GM should anticipate spike in workload on the last day of the month and line up necessary resources accordingly. Perhaps some sales people can be cross trained to handle closings at month-end.
