Coach USA

Went here because they sold shortline tickets, however the hours are very incovenient and not easily found on the coach bus website. Also parking is confusing and I'm sure they will happily ticket you.

Where is the Service agent for Coach USA. Sign says will be back in 30 minutes. When did the 30 minutes start? When does it end? Bus to Albany is at 11:30 AM from the opposite side of the road.
