CKO Kickboxing

Such a fulfilling total body workout for me! I have never looked forward to go workout until I started going to CKO, now the moment class is finished I’m on the app looking to see the schedule for the next class I’m going to attend! I love the trainers at Somerset and have and will continue to recommend it to everyone I talk to about it! Everyone is so supportive and have such good energy and encouragement each and every class. Thankful for such a great place to work on myself with the help of such kind people!
