Carroll Physical Therapy

I had back surgery for L4/L5 disc herniation in 2014 and was worried about the rehab duration, and overall success rate of the treatment. Dan had me mobile within a couple weeks of the surgery and within 3 months it was like I had a brand new back. I was able to do all activities without the pain sensation I experienced prior to the surgery and physical therapy rehab. I have not had problems with my back since. I owe many thanks to this knowledgeable, professional therapist and would highly recommend him for anyone requiring physical therapy treatment. Thanks Dan and staff!
