I recently purchased a used 2016 Kia Sedona van. The salesman was newer, very nice but just answered yes to most of my questions without knowing the proper or correct answer. We were given the wrong paperwork to sign originally, no big deal. It was late and everyone wanted to get out of there. We had to go back during the week to sign more paperwork that was forgotten or missed during sale, we also had to return for a detail. The van looked worse than it did before it went in, there was wax all over the outside moldings, the interior wasn't even touched or wiped down. I called with my unhappiness and told I wanted to be reimbursed for my own private detail since we are not from the area and don't have the time for sit and wait for another. I was denied that request and offered a full tank of gas. I called and left a voicemail to schedule the detail 2 weeks ago for Jean Claude and still have not received a phone call back. I will not be returning for my detail and have also let my family and friends know to not use Burlington Kia as they only want to yes you to get the sale and not deliver on the services offered. It appears after the sale is final, you are no longer a priority. I am very unsatisfied with the customer service I have received to date. I have also asked for a manual numerous times and was offered 1,000 sheets of paper. I think a dealership would have easy access to order a new manual.
