Bob Drayton Septic Service

On October 19, 2016 Pat (one of the service men) from Bob Drayton Septic Service came to my house to drain the septic tank. After locating and draining the tank, the alarm that is meant to notify the homeowner of a problem with the pump started to sound. The people at the office scheduled a technician to come out the very next day at no charge to climb down into the tank and fix the problem. It was a minor issue, that was ultimately caused by a faulty mounting system for the alarm sensor. Long story short: The team at Bob Drayton's handled the situation perfectly. They didn't even require payment for the draining of my septic tank until the alarm issue was fixed. They waited until I was completely satisfied and the issue with the alarm was fixed before they charged me for the service they performed. It's not everyday that you need to have your septic system serviced, but it's nice to know that there is an honest, helpful, and trustworthy company that can handle it for you!
