Bass Factory Outlet

Went to the site for black Friday shopping and left the store with paying for an item that they didn't put into my bag. That is a ridiculous outcome that when you pay for something that I would have to check to make sure they put it inside the plastic bag. I called and spoke with Sandra at the manager and she has informed me that they will mail it to me. Not sure when I can expect to receive it but at least I didn't have to argue about it, so there's that.
