Worst vet ever. They renewed my wellness plan without my consent, telling me it's automatic if I don't wall to cancel, called 2 weeks after the renewal data according to them. They never have any appointment for emergency services. Always send me to other Banfields, so inconvenient. I had to take my dog to another vet, even if they are still charging me monthly.
