Place seems terrible already, I'm going to be honest I got on the phone pretty rude, but no need to hang up the phone after I'm trying to ask what is wrong with the car and how much it's going to be. If you don't no how much it's going to be ok. But don't hang up the phone after I am asking what is wrong with the car, and then when I call back they tell me that they know my father. What is that suppose to mean? I am very unsatisfied with customer service and I am no longer letting them do any work to the car or paying for any service at all. If I find out that there is more wrong with the car then how it was originally received to them, then I'm coming back and they're going to be bigger problems. If I answer the phone no matter how or what, I expect customer service should try and cooperate especially if all I'm asking is for questions about the car.
