BEWARE: they will behave as though they are going the extra mile for you, without saying it'll cost additional money, then try to charge you extra at the register and make no apology for it. The person who deals with the payments will say, "Oh, well, at least you'll know for next time". Her attitude was shocking. I found the service I experienced a big turn-off. I will never recommend Arc to my friends, family, neighbors or colleagues again.
