I usually don't like sales people in general, but Otis was awesome! We purchased all new appliances for our kitchen and Otis was able to stay within our budget, which was much lower than a lot of the showroom pieces. Just be sure to tell him exactly what you are looking for and how much you want to spend. He looked online for different models and showed us what they would look like in comparison to what was displayed in the showroom. In under an hour, we were able to buy 5 appliances: refrigerator, stove, hood, dishwasher, and microwave.
There is also a sales tax reduction 3.438% if you go to the Rancocas location. Plus rebates that Otis was able to work out for us. Definitely felt like we got a good deal.
